Clixsense Review – Now Pays through Alertpay – Added to Recommended PTC Sites

Finally! After months of waiting, Clixsense now pays through Alertpay, another popular payment processor next to Paypal.

This is absolutely good news for clickers like me. I stopped recommending them because I don’t feel comfortable receiving checks through mail. I’ve heard about horror stories, and even experienced one myself, from people who lost their checks or something that was mailed to them from somewhere international. I didn’t want to risk it so I didn’t recommend them for the longest time. But, now that they’re paying through Alertpay, they’re now back in my highly recommended PTC sites list.

Some information you might not know about Clixsense:

  • Each click on Clixsense is worth $0.01. A lot of lovers of Bux sites out there will surely enjoy clicking for Clixsense.

  • They’ve been around since 2007 and have been paying members without issues. A lot of payment proofs can be found online. That’s why they’re in my highly recommended PTC sites list.

  • Minimum amount for payout is $10.00 for checks and Alertpay. You can choose to increase the minimum payout before they send you your payments automatically.
Checks and Alertpay payments are processed and sent out on or before every 10th of the month. Earnings are carried over to the following month ’til you reach the minimum payout you set.

  • For only $10.00, you can upgrade your account to Premium for one (1) year. Benefits for upgrading are the following:

    • More ads to click daily. Take note, though, that the number of ads you get are dependent on your location. So, if you’re from the US, expect more ads than clickers here in the Philippines.
    • Higher referral commission:
      • You get paid $0.01 per referral.
      • You earn 10% of ad purchase revenues from your downline/referrals.
      • You get paid up to EIGHT (8) LEVELS deep for referrals who upgrade to Premium.
        • You get $2.00 per direct referral who upgrades.
        • You get $1.00 if your 2nd level referrals upgrade. Up to 8 levels deep!

This is why I’ll be upgrading my membership within the week. And I suggest you do the same. That’s how much I trust Clixsense.

The only thing that I don’t like about Clixsense is you won’t get that much ads compared to other sites when you’re a Standard member. You have to check back often to see if there are new ads to click.

I suggest you follow Clixsense on Twitter. You can do so by clicking on the icon below. They post new ads on their Twitter page so keep posted! :) Follow Clixsense on Twitter!

How to Sign Up for an Alertpay Account

After my guide on how to setup a Paypal account without the need for a credit card, I’m writing this guide for those of you needs an Alertpay account.

Although I personally prefer Paypal over Alertpay, most people, especially those who are making money online through Paid to Click sites, prefer to use Alertpay, especially those that don’t have a credit card. Why? It’s pretty easy to get your Alertpay account verified but I’ll discuss that on my next post.

Also, a lot of the PTC sites I featured here pay through Alertpay, too. I only have one PTC site that pays through AlertPay only (Bux-Matrix) so I decided to complete the verification process of my Alertpay account.

So, here’s a guide on how to sign up for an Alertpay account:

  1. On AlertPay‘s main page, click on the green SIGN UP NOW button.
  2. On the next page, you’ll be asked to choose your country and will be given 2 options – Personal Accounts or Business Accounts.
For making money online, you only need a Personal Starter Account so select that and click on Next.

  3. On the next 2 pages, you will be presented with forms that you need to completely fill up. Make sure all information are accurate, okay?

  4. After filling up the forms, you’d be asked to validate your email. Go and check your email and simply click on the validation link on the email from Alertpay.

That’s it! Very simple, eh? Now that you have signed up for a Personal Account with Alertpay, you can go ahead and make money online through money-making programs that pay through them.

If you’re planning on upgrading or purchasing anything through Alertpay, you need to get it verified.

How to Get Your Alertpay Account Verified

I have just sent in the last document I needed to get my Alertpay account verified so I decided to write this guide now on how you can get your AlertPay account verified.

Verification of your Alertpay account is not really necessary but most sites that accept Alertpay payments require verified accounts. Anyway, the process is very easy. However, if you still choose to not verify, that’s okay. You can still receive or transfer funds through Alertpay .

Alertpay requires 2 verification documents for the whole process – a copy of 1 proof of address and 1 photo ID:

  • Photo identification can be one of the following:
    • Driver’s license
    • Passport
    • State ID, Country ID or Photo Medical ID
    • For Pinoys, your SSS or TIN/BIR ID cards will do.

Important Note: The four edges of the ID card should be visible. And, if the expiration date is at the back of the ID, you should send a copy of the back of the card, too.

  • Proof of address must show your name and address and be dated within the last 6 months. You can submit one of the following:
    • Utility Bill
    • Phone bill
    • Credit card statement – I blurred out the credit card # on the scanned copy I sent.
    • Bank Statement

Now, there are also 2 ways you can send in your verification documents:

  • By mailing them in.
If you have a scanner or a digital camera, it’s easier if you just upload a copy or photo of your verification documents so the verification process will be faster. However, if you have no access to a scanner or digital camera, you can go ahead and mail them in.

When sending your verification documents through snail mail, you would also need the verification submission cover letter along with the photocopies of your verification documents. Here’s how to get the verification submission cover letter:

    • Click on the “Become verified” button on your account overview page.
    • Under “Verification type”, choose the first document you want to submit.
    • Choose your “Form Type”.
    • Under “Submission Type”, click on “Mail in document”.
    • Right-click on “verification submission cover letter”, which appears in green, so it will open in a new window. Then, go back to the first window and simply click on Finish.

Print it out, fill it in and submit it with your valid photo ID and proof of address. Here’s what that verification cover letter looks like (click to zoom in):

These documents will be processed after they were received by AlertPay.

Here’s the mailing address where you should send in your verification documents:

    AlertPay Inc.
    Attn: Verification Department
5200 De La Savane, Suite 220
    Montreal, Quebec H4P-2M8
    Canada

  • By uploading them.
This is the easiest way to submit your verification documents – by simply uploading them. First thing you need to do is scan or take a photo of your photo ID and proof of address, making sure that the 4 edges of both documents are shown.
    • Click on the “Become verified” button on your account overview page.
    • Under “Verification type”, choose the first document you want to submit.
    • Choose your “Form Type”. Browse for the copy of the file (in .pdf, .jpg, .gif format)
    • Do this again for the second verification document.
    • Once you’re done, you should get this message saying that the verification process will take about 10 days.

That’s it! All you have to do is wait ’til your account is verified. You can check the status of your verification on the Account Overview page.
