How to Make Money Online with InfoLinks

One of the many ways I make money online nowadays is through InfoLinks, especially with this blog, Pinay Online Money Maker, because I don’t monetize from the traffic this blog gets. Well, except for the referrals I get, InfoLinks is the main source of income on this blog.

If you’re not yet familiar with InfoLinks, they offer a pay per click in-text contextual advertising and the highest revenue share to bloggers or website owners. What happens is once you’ve integrated InfoLinks to your blog or website, they’ll insert text links within your content. Below are some screenshots of the InfoLinks hyperlinks you’ve probably seen on this blog:

When a visitor hovers or places their mouse on top of the InfoLinks hyperlinks, a floating informational bubble / window will open. If the viewer clicks, they’ll be directed to the advertiser’s landing page and you earn revenue. If the viewer moves their mouse away from the hyperlink, the bubble will disappear.

If you ask me, how InfoLinks work is not at all obtrusive so I don’t think it’ll affect your readers’ experience, especially when they’re just reading your contents. I also set it up in a way that the look of the InfoLinks hyperlinks are different to my blog’s actual links. I’ll be discussing how to do it later on this post so read on.

At the same time as not being obtrusive, InfoLinks is also a great way for you to monetize your blog or your contents because, like in my experience, the ads that show up on my InfoLinks hyperlinks are very relevant to my contents. So, the possibility of a visitor clicking on the ads is way higher, most especially because the links appear within your posts. Your visitors will have a tendency to get interested by the InfoLinks hyperlinks and click on the related ads.

I have stopped working for Cloud Crowd on Facebook due to my very busy schedule. But, I continuously get payments on my Paypal account because of the people who sign up as my referral.

I did earn a decent amount of money from Cloud Crowd before I stopped working for them. Now, I’m not sure if I can go back or if I want to. But, if you have the time and you are okay with how their system works, go ahead and join Cloud Crowd.

I will write a review and newbie guide on Cloud Crowd next time. Keep posted for that.

Here’s my last payment from them. It’s not much, but, I only earned this from my referrals. I only have 32 direct referrals and 3 second level referrals. You can earn from Cloud Crowd up to the third level of referrals.

Co.CC Payment Proof – $1.20 on August 5, 2010

I was completely skeptical at first, but, it’s true. CO.CC is actually a paying site!

CO.CC offers FREE DOMAIN REGISTRATION for one year and as their affiliate, you can earn a lot by referring people to register a free domain with them or buy a co.cc domain.

Here’s my payment proof from Co.CC. I requested for this payment on July 30th. I received it after 6 days. Not as early as they promised (they said they pay everyday), but, at least, they paid me within a week.

They pay $0.10 for EACH FREE domain registration that you refer to them, which I think is great. Their minimum for payments is only $1.00.

Unfortunately, for the past few days, Co.CC has been down. I’ve been trying to find out why they’re down, but, there’s no news I can find online.

I’m still seeing a lot of free co.cc domains that are up so it could be that their main site is just down temporarily. Probably, it’s because of server upgrades or something. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I find out what’s wrong with their site.

Project Wonderful Payment Proof of $10.65 – June 18, 2010

This is my FIRST payment proof from Project Wonderful. I started putting their ad box on my main blog – Just Another Pixel – months ago and I’m pretty happy with my earnings with them. I don’t get a lot of people advertising on them, probably because they’re not placed above the fold, which I hope to improve once I re-design that blog’s layout.

If you’re not yet familiar with Project Wonderful, they’re an ad network, much like Entrecard, but, advertisers need to pay actual money for a spot on your ad space. If you have a lot of requests for advertising for your ad box, the advertisers would need to bid for that spot and whoever bids the highest wins, of course. So, make sure you set your Project Wonderful ad box space prices right basing on how much traffic you get.

I requested this on the same day, June 18th, and it was sent to my Paypal account INSTANTLY. Project Wonderful‘s minimum for payout is $10.00. Take note, though, that they charge you $1.00 per withdrawal. I know, that’s a bit high, but, it’ll actually save you a lot of money if you’re earning a lot from your blog. Just read their explanation here as to why Project Wonderful charges $1.00 per withdrawal.

I actually withdrew $11.65, and they deducted $1.00 from me. So, I suggest you withdraw your funds when you reach a way higher amount. That way, you can really save from withdrawal fees.

I became a Z-lister (refer at least 20 people) in February and I only received this shirt over a week ago. Good thing my dad saw the note from the Post Office saying I’ve got a parcel waiting for me. It was dated July 8th.

I really thought I won’t receive my Z-lister shirt anymore after I saw some of my fellow Pinoys posting about receiving theirs. All along, the notice was there in our mailbox. *LoL*

Anyway, here’s the package I received:

By the way, I had to pay Php 40 (about $1.00) at the post office so in a way, this shirt cost me money. *LoL*

It was marked as a gift. The Customs guy said the Php 40 was their minimum general fee for packages, even when they’re gifts from abroad, which I find ridiculous. I mean, c’mon! I only got a shirt. It’s not even expensive and they had me pay 1/3 of the value indicated on the package. Imagine if you got something much more expensive as a gift. Tsk.

That’s why if I ever get lucky to redeem something from Lockerz, I will only pick the Paypal cash. That way, I won’t have to worry about paying Customs anything. So, now, I’m just saving my points for the next redemption happening after the end of this month.
