Updates: Can’t Login to HyBux, LinxSense will be Gone Soon
November 30, 2009:
- HyBux – I cannot seem to login to their site. It keeps giving me this error:
You aren’t loggedin
You need to login to view this pageI tried logging in using Firefox, Internet Explorer and even Opera browsers but to no avail.
Possible scam alert so keep posted. Their site has been down a couple of times the past weeks. And, now this? Very fishy.
Update: As of 12/1/2009, I was able to login but I still couldn’t click on ads on HyBux. It keeps on giving me an error “Service Unavailable” and I had to refresh the page multiple times. My earnings are intact, though, so I’m gonna try again. - LinxSense – The Linxsense admin announced in the forums that because of DDoS attacks, their site has been down a couple of times. This scared a lot of members, who, then, sent in chargebacks with their purchases with Paypal. Now, the admin said he can’t do anything to bring back the site because they cannot afford to protect it from DDoS attacks. Some members offered to donate for the DDoS attack protection but everything sounds really fishy to me. There are currently no ads available, though. But, still, I’m kinda doubting the admin was serious about bringing back the site. I don’t think they’d be able to get enough donations from members, honestly. Another SVBux, huh?If you ask me, I think it’s just ridiculous that these people put up PTC sites like SVBux and LinxSense without looking back at what happened to other PTC bux sites that closed down. Most of them was forced to shut down because of DDoS attacks. PTC sites are very susceptible to DDoS attacks so they should’ve come in PREPARED for that. But, no. For me, honestly, they only cared about making money and not to actually pay members because if they did, they would’ve been prepared than this. I mean, c’mon. If you can’t afford DDoS protection and to setup your PTC site on a reliable and fast server/host the first time, then, you don’t have any business putting up your own PTC site. With the nature of this money-making program, you should’ve been more than aware that thousands of clickers will flood your site everyday and that there’ll be some morons who’ll attack your site like there’s no tomorrow, especially when you’re one of their competitors.
This is why I prefer Aurora sites over Bux sites. Aurora sites pay out less for your clicks but they’ve been around for the longest time. They can survive without member investments and they attract a lot more advertisers because of their cheap rates.
Reminder: Please DO NOT invest in a PTC site unless they have paid you more than the amount that you’re paying or investing in their site. It’s just irritating to see people complain over and over about sites going down and not getting back their investments when the site was fairly new and have not yet established themselves as reliable PTC sites.
- Bux-Matrix – Their site is back up but you cannot view ads yet. It says on there:
Due to some technical problems occurred while adding new features to the site, The surf page is temporarily unavailable.
It will be reopened within tomorrow 2009-12-01.
Sorry for the trouble.I’ll check back later and keep you updated on this.
It seems that I’ll be removing a lot of sites from my recommended list this week. But, what can you do? The PTC world is really filled with scammers. Some sites are forced to shut down and end up scamming people because they’re losing profits, some are simply scammers who open multiple sites one after another because they know people will continue on flocking their PTC site to earn free money online.
What can you do as a clicker? Well, be wary of scam sites and be on the lookout for warning signs. Read the TOS when you join PTC sites so you’d know if the site is serious or what.
Keep posted here for more updates on my money-making programs, especially on PTC sites.
