Posting your payment proofs is one of the requirements for most Paid to Click sites. I say it’s just right for us members to post our Payment proofs so that other people would see that the PTC site is really paying its members. This will definitely help the PTC in the long run.
Now, aside from posting my payment proofs here on my blog, I also make sure that I post it in the forums of the PTC sites that paid me. I feel that it’s my responsibility or maybe a gesture of appreciaton in my part.
Anyway, some of you might not know yet how to post payment proofs so I’m writing this guide for you.
- Download and install IrfanView. It’s a FREE lightweight photo/image editor that I can’t live without. It just makes cutting, cropping and resizing images a breeze for me. Download it here then install it.
(If you have Photoshop, I guess you already know how to post payment proofs so this is just for those who don’t have that installed on their PCs) - A printscreen of your payment proof from Paypal / Alertpay or any other payment processor. Login to your Paypal / Alertpay account and go to the details page of your payment. Then, make sure that the important details (how much you got, where it was from, etc.) are shown on your screen. Afterwards, simply press PRINTSCREEN (PRT SCRN on most keyboards) and go to IrfanView and click on Paste icon or press CTRL+V.
- On IrfanView, hold and drag the mouse to select the information that you only need for the payment proof. After that, press CTRL+Y (crop selection).
- Now, for your security, let’s not show the world the transaction # and your Paypal / Alertpay email address. But, if you choose to leave it at that, it’s up to you. I’m just saying that it’s safer if you don’t announce it to the world. So, how can you hide those information? I’ll show you how to do it but with a different image, though.
I can’t seem to find a payment proof anywhere with the transaction # and email address of the owner showing so I’ll use my payment proof but we’ll try this trick on the date on the proof:.- On Irfanview, left click, hold and drag the mouse to select the date (or the info that you want to hide).
- Then, go to the Image menu -> Effects -> Explosion. This effect would completely make the info on the proof unreadable. The end product should look like this:

See? It’s unreadable. Now, you can go ahead and save this on your computer and upload it using PhotoBucket or TinyPic.
If you’re going to post this on a forum, use the following codes:

and once you publish it, it should show your payment proof right there.
